The procedure for making a contract

1) Making the test specification; based on the information according to discussion with the customer.
2) Offering the estimation; based on the test specification to the customer.
3) Confirming the agreement; by both parties and making the contract.
4) Implementing the test and making the report.
(The accounting procedure will be completed under the contract.)
